THE POWER OF
METAL SIMPLIFIED

Sinterjet M60 is an affordable compact metal 3D printer enabling users to efficiently create complex metal parts with minimal effort.

Same-day part creation

Sinterjet M60 prints independently from the complexity of the parts you need. With speeds up to 50cc/h paired with a fast sintering furnace, it can deliver parts in hours, not days.

Streamlined printer design

Sinterjet M60 is compact enough to perform on a table and fit through standard doors, without requiring special equipment to move around or unique electrical connections and gas tanks to run.

No supports, no problem

Sinterjet M60 prints parts within the powder, holding them in a position that effectively removes the need for extra support structures, resulting in better surfaces and parts that don't require post-print cutting and tooling work.

Simplified Workflow & User experience

Manufacturing metal parts has always been challenging. This changes now thanks to Sinterjet M60's intuitive user interface, simplified workflow, and onboard processing power; the only thing needed now is your digital model, and you are manufacturing the parts within minutes. Compared to standard ways of manufacturing, a massive improvement.

Easy Powder Handling & Material Change

To ensure minimal effort in handling powder, we made Sinterjet M60 with a removable BuildBox. This easy-to-load in/out system can increase your efficiency and decrease your model-to-parts processes. With this excellent feature, loading a new print job or changing material at the end of a print can be done within seconds, increasing your production throughput and shrinking your time to market.

High-Resolution & Reliable Jet Heads

Between the IR heat sensors, humidity sensors, and linear encoders, you'll receive a smoother, more detailed part for production, reducing any retooling needs after printing. Even if you print thicker layers for more speed, the process surfaces turn out much smoother than laser-based powder printers due to the high resolution of redundant jet heads. With multiple jet heads for redundancy and a built-in jet head washing station, you can rest assured that your parts will come out as intended problem free.

1. Printing

Sinterjet M60 uses metal binder jetting technology to achieve precise part creation. Simply load the 3D model and metal powder into the printer, choose the parameter profile, and press start. Your design will be created automatically layer by layer as the metal powder spreads to the build box and is filled with your desired part.

2. Activating the part

Once complete, the printed parts within the powder will be removed from the machine with the BuildBox and placed inside a curing oven. This will activate the binder and harden the part, readying it to be removed from the powder bed. From there, your part is safely placed inside a sintering furnace for completion.

3. Sintering

All the activated and cleaned parts are then placed inside a sintering furnace where they get heated to a temperature level to “sinter” together. This turns binder-saturated parts into fully dense metal parts, allowing your newly created metal part to use however you deem fit. This means a highly portable and durable metal solution in hours.
